REFUND POLICY

At Ember Permanent Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@emberjewelry.com. Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
